Current Australia Post shipping times are 3-10 business days for domestic orders to arrive.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Standard and Express shipping rates apply to orders under $100.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to, Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, Portugal, South Africa, Syria, or Yemen.

Please note: All orders placed to the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia must include a PO Box as part of the address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

All shipping addresses should be written in English without accent marks on letters. If an incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

International Shipping Details

OSOW orders may be subject to import taxes or inspections by the local customs service. These fees are typically based on the destination country and vary by location.

If items ordered from our website exceed a certain value set by local authorities, additional taxes may apply. OSOW does NOT determine these tax limits and cannot pre-pay or calculate these taxes for you.

As these limits change frequently, OSOW advises you to contact your local customs authority to find out if taxes apply and the amount.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post. For international orders, your parcel will be handed over to your local postal service for delivery.

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.
2. All international parcels can be tracked through your local postal company’s website once they have reached your country.
3. If you have any issues tracking your parcel, please email hello@osow.com.au.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.

Please check the sizing and style before opening your item. Broken seals are considered as open and cannot be refunded.
