Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.
Please check the sizing and style before opening your item. Broken seals are considered as open and cannot be refunded.
Please ensure your item is unused, in the original condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. Due to hygiene/sanitary concerns, worn garments are not eligible for return. When you’re ready to initiate your return, just send us an email at info@osow.com.au!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will reach out via email to confirm that we've received it. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it promptly, and you can expect a credit to your original payment method within a few days. We aim to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible!
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, don’t worry! First, double-check your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as there could be a slight delay in posting. If necessary, your bank can provide additional information on processing times. If you need further assistance, we’re here to help at info@osow.com.au.
Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for the same item. Just email us at info@osow.com.au, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Warranty
A 180-day warranty from the date of purchase covers all OSOW products.
If your item develops a fault during this period, contact us at info@osow.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We may request that faulty items be returned to us for assessment or forwarded to our suppliers. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products that show signs of misuse or improper care.
Approved claims will be issued a store credit.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but we hope you found something wonderful at a great price!
Gifts
If you received your item as a gift and it was marked as such at the time of purchase, you will be issued a gift credit for the value of the return. After we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the gift giver, who will be informed about the return.
Shipping
Please note, that it will be your responsible to cover the shipping costs when returning items. While shipping costs are non-refundable, we’ll make sure the return process is straightforward. If your item exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
